Overview
Gonadorelin is a synthetic form of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) used to stimulate LH and FSH release from the pituitary.
Mechanism of Action
- GnRH receptor agonism — Stimulates anterior pituitary gonadotrophs
- LH/FSH release — Pulsatile administration maintains gonadotropin production
- Testosterone support — Used in place of HCG for testicular stimulation
Dosing
100-200mcg subcutaneously twice weekly to mimic pulsatile GnRH release and maintain testicular function.
